100% free run must (The juice that escapes naturally from the grapes before pressing). Selection of local indigenous yeast. Cold pre-fermentative maceration.
Fermentation in stainless steel vats at 17ºC. Maceration with lees. Aged in oak barrels for 4 months before bottling. Service temperature: 7-9ºC.
Brilliant straw yellow color. Fruity bouquet in harmony with light smoky tones and toasted oak.
In the mouth it is balanced, structured and elegantly glyceric and creamy. Smooth, prolonged finish.
