Vinification: Fermented in stainless stell tanks during 21 days to 16º Celsius. Maceration on the lees for a minimum of 4 months.
Appearance: Clean and bright, yellow straw colour, thin tears.
Nose: Light aromas to peach and banana. In deepth we find vegetal notes very distinctive of this grape variety.
Taste: Fresh and fruity, with a pleasant aftertaste.
Recomended with: Good to drink alone, but also with starters and light meals.
