Vinification: Cold skin maceration for 12 hrs and fermented in stainless steel at 16ºC. for 21 days.
Appearance: Clear and bright, light straw colour flecked with gold and a fine tear.
Nose: Direct, intense and complex, floral aromas of orange blossom, tropical fruits as apricot, pineapple and peach, against a very mineral background.
Taste: Fresh and fruity. Medium-bodied, very mineral and lightly salty in the mouth, with acid highlights that give it freshness. Intense and complex aromas, of which peach stands ou delicate and elegant, with a moderate after taste and a slightly bitter but delightful finish, lively and fresh.
Recommended with: Oysters, seafood and rice dishes. White and blue fish. Oriental dishes.
