Obtained from Merlot & Monastrell grapes from vines located in Can Cartró.
It is a seductive and elegant wine, with complex aromas of stone fruits, plum, peaches, peach and coffee liqueur. The taste is thought to wrap you, with soft and silky tannins and a long finish that prevails an elegant mineral freshness of spicy balsamic notes.
The great simplicity and deep structure of the Merlot, grown in this area of vineyards, give an extraordinary ability after a light stay in the bottle.
After a careful selection of the clusters are pressed slowly, leaving the must fermenting in stainless steel tanks for 15/20 days at a temperature of 28/30 º C.
Monastrell performs its fermentation in oak barrels.
