Of the best farms of Garnacha Blanca and Negra from Piera, at an altitude of about 334m above sea level born our Sorbet Rosé. After reception of the grapes to the winery, after a peculiar cold maceration 10 hours, the must ferments slowly and low temperature for 20 days in stainless tank. The result of this copaje of garnachas is a pale pink pink wine with a very smooth and crisp.
The nose has good intensity sutilez elegant overcoat with floral and white fruit such as apple and pear, together with hints of strawberry and grapefruit.
The palate has a lively and refreshing entrance with a pass certain volume soft mouth and slightly persistent that leaves a fresh, clean, floral and fruity aromas in the aftertaste end.
It is a very refreshing wine. Perfect for appetizers, fish dishes auction, seafood and shell, sushi, rice, salads, pastas and all sorts of light meals of Mediterranean cuisine designed to enjoy the summer heat.
