From a combination of two terroirs, one bringing freshness and the other concentration. Marges, very deep and Torró, moderately deep, of medium texture with stones in the area where the roots develop.
A ripe harvest and a long maceration characterizes this Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. 12 month ageing in French oak barrels, a light filtration and bottle ageing positively for the coming 7 years after harvest
Dense and opaque. Black fruit and peppery aromas with hints of smoke. Strong in the mouth but not harsh with lingering memories of tobacco coffee and jam. Persistently pleasant.
Suitable to have with any type of meat, be it game or meat in sauce, and also with matured cheese. Serving temperature: 16 Cº (recommend decanting)
Limited Production (aprox): 6.500 bottles depending on the harvest.
