Ripe cherry red color with high intensity which include magnificent roasted coffee combined with notes of cocoa and wood. The palate is broad, soft and tasty.
Classical and traditional maceration for 20 days and controlled fermentation at 28º in stainless steel.
In oak barrels (30% French and 70% American) for 18 months to complete their ageing up to three years in bottle.
Between 14 and 16ºC
Goes well with all kinds of red meat, cheese and vegetable salads.
