The Macabeu and Xarel·lo grapes, harvested on our estates, constitute the basis of our “Marc de Cava”.
The skins are carefully fermented, protected from oxidation and, with all their richness in the must, they are then distilled using the Charentais double distillation method, which allows the heart - the purest part of the distillate - to be selected.
Aged for 6 months in Limousin oak barrels, this “Marc” offers the strength and richness, as well as the refinement and elegance, which are reserved exclusively for great distillates.
