For the preparation of brandy Peinado the raw material used are the vinous liquors lower alcohol at 70, called holandas. The holandas are obtained by the distillation of wine produced from healthy grapes from Airen variety. This distillation is done in copper stills direct fire. The copper stills act as catalysts for chemical reactions, which confer on holandas his " Bouquet characteristic".
Subsequently these alcohols are aged depositing them in American oak casks, previously cured and with capacities ranging from 200 to 500 liters.
