Cavapack considers that the delivery of the product is one of the most important parts of the transaction. Therefore, we have made an effort to find the best option for you; so that you can receive the product in the best conditions, prevent any bottle from breaking, and its quickest receipt.
Due to this, we ship the products in a package specially designed for cava and wine bottles which prevents them from hitting and breaking. In case you order six bottles of the same product and the package is resistant enough for the shipment, that same package will be used for the delivery.
Once you process the payment, we will send you a confirmation email and proceed to its preparation. In case the warehouse lacks any product that appears as available at the shop, providing we have the same product from a following vintage we will ship that same product but corresponding to that vintage. In case we lack that product, we will send you an email notifying the problem and its possible solutions.
Once the order is prepared and the shipping company picks it up, we will send you another email notifying its receipt at the provided address within 24 hours. In case you do not receive the order in this period, please contact us immediately to: email@example.com
You can download the bill from your customer account. If you do not register yourself, we can send it to you by email.
We do not deliver on Sundays and holidays.
We provide an economic and standard home delivery service from 8:00 am to 19:00 pm. The service is available from Monday to Friday and without previous notice, so we advice the facilitation of an address where the package is sure to be received.
In case the shipper could not get to deliver the package, he would leave a notification with a phone number for requiring, if possible, a new delivery or its direct collection at the warehouse.
If the package were not delivered in a second attempt, the shipper would leave another notification. From now on, your order would remain in the shipping company’s office for 10 days. After those days, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

We enclose the shipping costs, which will depend on the number and destination of the bottles. You should remember that this chart is not valid for Magnum formats and special presentations. The weight of these products may be larger than the 75cl bottle format and may need a special packaging. You will be able to know the price of your order by selecting the shipping destination in your shopping basket.
