Although since our inception we have developed cavas Rosés, they had always been semi-dry, but after many suggestions from our customers we decided to take in 1988 Brut Rosé. Since 2011 it is made with the name as Brut Reserve Brut Rosat.
Trepat varieties, Pinot Noir and Grenache. Macerated with their skins to extract color and aromas of the varieties. Fermentation in stainless steel. Aged over 15 months in our cellars.
It is a cava aimed at a young audience, looking at the candy mouth.
Appearance: Pinkish color with cherry highlights. Fine and persistent bubble.
On the nose: Clean aromas of fresh spawning a pastry background.
On the palate: The palate is fresh with a bubble integration and a lingering aftertaste.
For appetizers, rice and pasta with sauce.

Company founded by Antoni Capdevila Pujol and Teresa Blancher Solanes. Complete collection grape processing, winemaking, production of champagne to finish labeling. Two farms owned a total of 15 hectares of vineyards. Facilities in the village center. 4-storey building with a total of 4500 built, the underground floors built with Catalan vault.
