    Characteristics / Elaboration Cava Montesquius Semi Seco

    Montesquius Semi Seco is a cava made from the typical varieties of the area of the Penedès (Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada) with the Traditional Method Champenoise.

    Their upbringing requires being Between 9 and 12 months in the underground cellars at constant temperature (Between 18º / 20º) and in optimum conditions.

    It is a fresh, aromatic and alive cava. Ideal for any celebration.

    Tasting Notes

    Appearance: Transparent yellow with golden nuances, small bubble and constant detachment.

    On the nose: Aromatic, with intense notes of ripe fruit.

    On the palate: In the mouth it is clean and with greedy intensity. Its carbonic is imperceptible and jovial.
