With the coupling of Monastrell and Garnacha, after the second fermentation in bottle, these remain in aging a minimum of 15 months at a temperature of Between 15º C and 18º C. This contact time between the base wine and lees gives a Unique personality and reserve category.
After the degüello with the net cava of the yeasts that have made the 2nd fermentation, the natural cork is covered with cork. Zero dossage, natural product without sugar.
Monastrell 80%, Garnacha 20%
Appearance: Intense cherry red.
On the nose: Notes of ripe red fruits, raspberries and hazelnuts.
On palate: Fresh, fleshy, ripe fruit.
Vertical position of the bottle, under the cover of the light and the air currents, at a temperature not exceeding 20ºC.
Serve cold between 7ºC and 9ºC, cooling slowly in a ice cube or in the bottom of the refrigerator. Open the bottle a few minutes before serving and use a chianti Riedel glass.
