The Bertha Siglo XXI Rosé is produced with Pinot Noir 100%. It has a long minimum maturation, of 40 months, which produces a great aromatic complexity.
On the nose: Aromas of red fruits: Granada, plum, cherry, fruit candied.
On the palate: The palate is complex, warm, fresh product with notes of ripe citrus, gooseberry, yeast. With a very soft, thin and integrated carbon and a honeyed entrance.
Rosé Cava Gran Reserva. Ideal for rice mellow, creamy cheeses, nuts, mushrooms and sausage, chocolates or sweet desserts foams.
We don't add sulphur taste during the disgorging process.
