These terroirs (Cuitor, Sabaté i Marsera) pass on to the grape slow growth which allows for a longer ripening cycle (a few weeks longer) which results in freshness and adequate acidity.
After making separate wines from the traditional varieties Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, a process of blending is carried out from which a cava, following the traditional method, is created. At degorgement, the addition of the right amount of licquor needed for a balanced palate of our Brut.
Cava with fine bubble. Aroma of white flowers and certain ripe fruit (pear, apple) and light citric touches. Fresh in mouth, balanced, light and easy drinking.
Desserts, dry fruits and apperitives.
