    The identity of a land

    With this cava, which is intended for being sold abroad, we would like to reflect the personality of the Penedès region. For this reason, the Ivette Brut is produced with macabeo, xarel•lo and parellada.

    • Alcohol: 11,50% vol.
    • Grape varieties: Macabeu 40%, Xarel·lo 35% and Parellada 25%
    • Tartaric acidity: 5,6 gr/l.
    • Total Sugars: 7,9 gr/l.
    • Vinification: Based varietal vinification cellar (10% vol.), Coupages. carbonic fermentation Bottled at 13ºC
    • Ageing: 12-18 months
    • Service temperature: 5-7ºC



    This cava is cool, light, nice and very versatile. It has a bit of natural liqueur d'expedition dose which provides the cava a nice sweetness in order to be served with any kind of meal. It's our greatest star sold abroad.


    We don't add sulphur taste during the disgorging process.
