Separate vinification of Xarel·lo and Macabeo from ancient vines. Ageing a minimum of 45 months, developing all its aroma and integrating the very fine bubbles.
The lenghthened ageing process is a magnum bottle conveys a complex, dense, expression, a bunch of secondary aromas: butter, brioche, almonds. Fresh, very dry, balanced and elegant.
Reserve for a large party occasion. Full-body and strong personality to do with strongly flavoured dishes, red meat with strong sauce... Serving temperature: 8-9 Cº
