Cava Blancher Brut Launches Brut Grapa in 1980. It is now called Special Reserve, a cava to occupy an empty segment between Dry and Brut Nature. It is the most emblematic signature cavas.
Crafted from traditional varieties Parellada, Macabeo and Xarel.lo. Fermentation in stainless steel and then its lees contact. Bottle aging over 20 months on the property.
Created for the initiators into Cava, looking in the mouth freshness and a sweet spot.
Appearance: Pale yellow with golden highlights. Fine and persistent bubble.
On the nose: The nose is fine, aromas of ripe fruit with notes of pastry and almond background.
On the palate: The palate is fresh with a long and balanced taste.
Ideal for all pasta dishes highlight mushroom sauce and risotto.

Company founded by Antoni Capdevila Pujol and Teresa Blancher Solanes. Complete collection grape processing, winemaking, production of champagne to finish labeling.
