This Cava Brut Nature, without any added sugar, is a classic for us, it has been produced since 1960. In the beginning it was called Natural Brut and named after Gran Reserva Brut Nature from the late 90s.
Produced from Parellada, Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Pansa Blanca (Can Cajon, Teia), different soils differ. Maceration of the skins in the cold for a given for the extraction of flavorings time. Fermentation in stainless steel and then contact its lees. Over 3 years aging in the bottle to 18 meters below ground in optimal conditions.
Made for lovers of dry cava, but at the same time looking in the mouth, complexity.
Appearance: Straw yellow with golden highlights. Fine and persistent bubble.
On the nose: The nose is complex, dried fruit aromas with hints of ripe fruit.
On the palate: The palate is fresh and fine with good integration of the bubble and an elegant aftertaste.
Ideal as an aperitif, seafood and white meats.

Company founded by Antoni Capdevila Pujol and Teresa Blancher Solanes. Complete collection grape processing, winemaking, production of champagne to finish labeling.
