It is a cava which is made with the three typical varieties of Penedès (40% Xarel·lo, 30% Macabeo and 20% Parellada) and more than 10% Chardonnay.
Appearance: has a pale and shiny yellow color.
On the nose: On the nose, of entry you are able to smell ripe white fruit smells with a hint of banana given by Chardonnay. As we evolve into a cava glass, these fruit aromas give way to more aging, such as toast and brioche.
On the mouth: In the mouth the bubble is very thin because of the aging which has been integrated very well and goes slowly. It also provides volume and creaminess, leaving an unctuous mouth with a pleasant aftertaste. It is well balanced and well structured, it also adds freshness because it is a Brut Cava
Has a good structure and in the mouth it is powerful and bulky. This means that it can be paired with any type of food, but it is ideal to accompany with red meat and baked fish.

The Oliver Sivill family loves the Penedes county, we are lovers of our land, its vineyards and its landscape. We are winegrowers, proud to keep alive the legacy of our ancestors: THE LAND, land that has passed from generation to generation in our family.
In 2010 we decided to begin a new adventure, bottle a small part of our grape production. For this reason, we founded our company OLIVER VITICULTORS with the spirit to continue growing the vineyards and also produce cava and in the future develop red, and white wines.
In 2013 our dream came true, and we started selling our first caves: SADURNI OLIVER BRUT NATURE, SADURNI OLIVER BRUT ROSAT and OLIVER VITICULTORS BRUT NATURE
