It is a cava which is made with the three typical varieties of Penedès (30% Xarel·lo, 25% Macabeo and 20% Parellada) and more than 25% Chardonnay.
Appearance: has a light yellow color with bright hues.
On the nose: As for the aroma, noticeable barrel aging, which gives us notes of vanilla and toasted, keeping the white and fresh fruit.
On the mouth: The palate has a very smooth and pleasant passage, due to its good acidity and well-integrated carbon. In the post end taste are very well integrated wood notes that gives us the chardonnay aged in oak barrels.
We can pair with red meats, baked fish, risottos and dry cheeses.

The Oliver Sivill family loves the Penedes county, we are lovers of our land, its vineyards and its landscape. We are winegrowers, proud to keep alive the legacy of our ancestors: THE LAND, land that has passed from generation to generation in our family.
In 2010 we decided to begin a new adventure, bottle a small part of our grape production. For this reason, we founded our company OLIVER VITICULTORS with the spirit to continue growing the vineyards and also produce cava and in the future develop red, and white wines.
In 2013 our dream came true, and we started selling our first caves: SADURNI OLIVER BRUT NATURE, SADURNI OLIVER BRUT ROSAT and OLIVER VITICULTORS BRUT NATURE
