The Reserva de la Propietat is a cava that is made only in exceptional years and after a careful selection of grapes from the traditional varieties, the fruit of the oldest vines of the property.
We are thus able to obtain a base wine of an extremely good quality, which we give age considerably in the bottle, giving the cava very interesting organoleptic properties: fine, varied aromas, a good structure on the palate, making it tasty and balanced, with a notable presence of carbon gas and mild notes of fruit and long ageing. In short, it is an elegant, complex product, highly appreciated and valued by fine connoisseurs of cava.
Appearance: Pale yellow color with golden crystals with string of fine bubbles and constant.
On the nose: High aromatic intensity. Highlight initially aromas of white fruit and pineapple are combined with fresh balsamic notes. Finally, outstanding pastry notes which give an intense aromatic complexity.
On the mouth: The taste is smooth, with well integrated bubbles, large and fresh. S 'rediscover the aromas of tropical fruit with balsamic notes specific references nuts. It is a champagne and final round with volume long, creamy finish.

Xarel·lo is our most widely planted white grape variety as there is no better place for the cultivation of this variety in the area. Other whites that we grow are the traditional ones such as Macabeu and Parellada. The red varieties grown are Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir.
The soil on the Estate is mainly a sandy-clay soil, ideal for the production of fine delicate wines. Even though the Estate is unified, there are a wide variety of soils: to the North lie the poorer and finer soils while the most fertile are in the centre. The most gravelly soil is found in the South, ideal for white wines while giving structure and colour to our red wines.
The content of organic matter and nitrogen in the soil is very low but the level of magnesium is high which ensures good acidity and sugar levels at harvest time.
