Once fermented wine separately, we make a blend and then aged in the bottle for a minimum of 24 months.
Appearance: Yellow with golden highlights, crown well integrated carbonic very present.
On the nose: The nose is pleasant, with notes of white fruit, memories of pastry, pastry cream and fennel.
