    The most Emblematic

    In this cava, the grape varietals macabeo, xarel·lo and parellada appear in their highest expression. Subjected themselves to a very long maturation, they show the potential of the right evolution in bottle.

    Tasting notes:

    Appearance: This is one of our best cavas due to its golden colour and the slow and harmonious release of the bubbles.

    On the nose: Its scent reminds us of a long maturation toasted flavour. It offers a warm, balanced, complex and sweet taste.

    On the palate: It has a great aromatic complexity with touches of ripe fruit as well as dried fruit and nuts. It offers also creaminess and a long aftertaste with smoked and lactic touches.


    It's ideal to be served with any hearty meal.


    We don't add sulphur taste during the disgorging process.
